Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • In-Stock Orders: Dispatched for same-day or next-day delivery upon payment confirmation.

  • Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order: Items require up to 7 business days for workshop production prior to dispatch.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Timelines

  • Local Deliveries (Nairobi): Delivered via local courier service (same-day or next-day post-processing).

  • Outside Nairobi (Rest of Kenya): Dispatched via courier services, arriving within 1–3 business days post-processing.

  • International Shipping: Shipped via express couriers, arriving within 3–7 business days post-processing.

Please note: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees incurred for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
