Processing & Dispatch Times

In-Stock Orders: Eligible for same-day or next-day local delivery upon payment confirmation.

Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order: Pre-order items require up to 7 business days for production in our workshop prior to dispatch, depending on current volume.

Delivery Methods & Timelines

Local Deliveries (Nairobi): Delivered via local courier service (same-day/next-day once dispatched).

Regional Deliveries (Rest of Kenya): Dispatched via courier services and typically arrive within 1–3 business days post-processing.

International Shipping: Shipped via express couriers (3–7 business days). Customs, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
